With a J.D. from Emory Law and a B.A. from UCLA, Chris is well-versed in the real estate development process, from initial entitlements to final delivery. Having found himself in sales, legal, development, and marketing roles in both residential and commercial real estate, he’s worked across five major U.S. markets, and directly worked on real estate development projects spanning 38 states. Chris leads the day to day operations of MIP, including property sourcing, acquisition, rehabilitation, and repositioning.
With a PhD from Prague University of Economics and Business, Ales is a sucessful serial entrepreneur. Having founded, grow, and continues to run the operations of numerous business that span internationally. Ales' diverse background has allowed him to have global connections, that are readily available and great resources to have during anyone's real estate journey.
With a Masters degree in Psychology and a wide variety of experience in different industries, Nikki is the state-side contact for MIP. Growing up in Florida and having relatives expanding and building property internationally, her knowledge helps in the operations and development at MIP.
